At Sports Excellence, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, protective padding, and technical manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
